Who We Help
We help students, freelancers, consultants, retirees, and experts (basically, anybody who wants to work in cybersecurity) achieve Hackuinimity™. However: we only work with people who are dedicated, passionate, and motivated hard workers!
These individuals have all the raw materials necessary for thriving careers in cybersecurity, but they often lack the resources, systems, structure, team, tools, and guidance on how to get there.
What We Do
We help smart and motivated individuals start, advance, and become leaders in lucrative careers in cybersecurity — one of the most important, highest paying, and coolest industries in the world.
We do this through our three programs: The Hacker's Playbook™ (our free training), Fulltime Hacking Coach™ (our career accelerator), and The Hacker Supergroup™ (our mastermind group, coming soon).

Hackuinimity™ (ˌhak-wə-ˈni-mə-tē) is the state of perfect balance between income, job performance, mentorship, and happiness while working in cybersecurity. To achieve this balance, we follow a philosophy built on six core principles:

Our Story
I (Taylor Banks) created Fulltime Hacker to help smart, motivated people who want to break into cybersecurity stop wasting time on useless videos, swerve around industry bullshit, and bypass the gatekeepers. 
I've been working in cybersecurity for more than 25 years, and it's the best job in the world.
A little over 19 years ago, I created a community in Atlanta, Georgia to help people break into (and fall in love with) the cyber industry, and since then, I've trained, mentored, and coached thousands of people wanting to be successful in cybersecurity.
In 2019, I chaired the Global Cybersecurity Career Summit, which reached more than 300,000 people worldwide and donated 100% of profits to inclusive charities, like Mental Health Hackers and Women in Security & Privacy.
Now, with the help of some of the smartest and most trustworthy mentors in the industry, I've created an inclusive system for getting people hired (and promoted) in cybersecurity that skrts all the nonsense to get you prepared for the job and put you in front of the right people.
